Try its footswitches: Dissolve fades to the other slide.
Dissolving Views
a two-slide reverb, on a magic-lantern screen
Two reverbs, one on each slide. Slide I is dusk and Slide II is night, and the knobs set whichever slide is showing. Dissolve fades from one to the other over the Fade time, the way a lanternist slid one view into the next, and the columns either side empty and fill as it goes.
The screen is a paper-cut in gold over one round window. By day it’s a gold silhouette on pale fibreglass. Switched on, the picture goes black against a glowing sky, with the moon, the lantern and the chapel windows each lit on their own. At night the White Lady comes out over the graves. By day she’s only a fine gold line in the sky.

The box
A Tayda 1590XX with a circuit board for a lid: black mask, white print, solid gold, and windows of bare fibreglass lit from behind. The pot and switch nuts hold it on.
